Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Fragrance Outlet are 100% original brand names. We only stock genuine fragrances from authorized distributors and do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed.
How should I store my perfume to keep it fresh?
To preserve the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom where temperatures fluctuate.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
